Comfort Suites Richmond East

This hotel is hands down one of the best of the best that I've been to. I come here atleast 3-4 times a year during my travels from West to East and vice versa. I always look forward to make this place one of my favorite spots when I travel. I was greeted by a new face tonight I never seen before, Steve, he is definitely a very nice and respectful guy. If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would every time.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! We came as a team and they were very accommodating and super clean with a great breakfast. Excellent friendly service! Highly recommend as a group or family!

The facility was nice and very clean! Service was great! The free breakfast was the best I ever had! The food was hot and tasty, and there was plenty of it. What is more, they had a chef on hand who made fresh eggs and pancakes! Yes, they did have the do-it-yourself waffle option, but the blueberry pancakes were wonderful!!

We had a great experience here! It all started at check-in. The night conciérge, Steve, was incredibly attentive. As he was helping us find a room, he was being constantly approached by people buying snacks and looking for rooms. He kindly asked if I minded if he multi-tasked and he got us checked in and handled a finicky credit card all the while he took care of the other customers. As for the hotel, the rooms are clean, the building itself is very modern, and the breakfast was great. Again, a really good experience.

Extremely nice service. Stephen at the front desk was wonderful. The guy cooking breakfast was super fun and friendly, and he made some amazing hash browns and scrambled eggs. The facilities are ultra clean and everything is super modern. If you’re passing through this is definitely the hotel to stay at!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. You could genuinely feel that they cared about their guests and wanted everyone to feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, well prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day. I especially want to mention the woman who prepared and set up the breakfast. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive, and her warmth made the morning even more enjoyable. It truly made a difference and did not go unnoticed. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with truly caring staff.

This was my first time at a Comfort Suites. I had a great stay. The hotel was very clean, bright, well lighted, I really loved the Christmas decorations. From check in to check out, staff was wonderful. The room including the bathroom was really spacious, lots of lighting in the room which to me, makes a big difference. There was room for ALL my stuff, including a shelf with an outlet which could be used for keys or as a charging station. There was even a coat hook!! Which I thought was a nice touch, especially since my stay was during the winter. Another nice touch was the lighted vanity, you could really see yourself in the mirror. Big computer desk with lots of outlets for your electronics. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Location of the hotel, is a plus, rigjy off the highway, close to eating, grocery shopping & a few other shops. For breakfast, there was lots of choices/options, with a different menu for the couple days I was at the hotel. From eggs, to breakfast sandwiches, waffles with multiple flavors for waffle batter, hot & cold cereals, danishes, juices, teas, coffee. The lobby was big, lots of chairs, conversational areas or just places to gather. I enjoyed this stay & would definitely stay here or at another Comfort Suites again.

Stayed here on New Year's day and found the room much better than expected, the atmosphere fantastic, the breakfast perfect start for the day, and the staff very helpful. I was so pleased with my stay that I stayed again six days later.
